  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Karachi: Next working day delivery (if order placed before 3:00 PM).

  • Other Cities in Pakistan: Within 3–5 working days.

  • Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on courier service and location.

💸 Delivery Charges

  • Free standard delivery is available on all orders across Pakistan.

  • No hidden fees or extra charges at checkout.

🛡️ Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp/SMS/Email with your details.

  • You can track your parcel through the courier’s website or contact our support team for assistance.

📦 Damages During Shipping

  • We take extra care in packaging; however, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately on 03111691390.

  • Damaged products will be replaced free of charge.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated delivery attempts, we will contact you for re-delivery.

  • Customers may be responsible for any additional re-shipping charges.
